	<title>Down town Subway Station</title>

This is one from a less affluent area.<br />

I tried to play with a theatrical style of lighting and also to try and create movement in a static enviroment.<br />

I painted this over last weekend.<br />

This is my imagining of the great fortress of Dros Delnoch from that book.<br />

I approached this as a Movies concept, not spending any more time than necessary to get the concept across.<br />
Evidence of this approach is the use of quick photo textures and ref.<br />
<br />
Picked at it here and there over a couple of evenings.<br />

	<title>The Prince's Graveyard</title>

<br />
With these words echoing through my head I explored the steep slopes of the castle's Northern face.<br />
<br />
The carrion crows had led me to a dark shadowed cliff ,strewn with human remains, some of them several winters dead.<br />
<br />
It was there I found the broken mutilated body of the Prince's  tutor.The ruby ring given to him in payment by the king for taking on such a difficult pupil.<br />
<br />
Crouched examing the tutors body I felt I was being watched. Looking up I saw a figure silhouetted by torchlight...<br />
<br />
Though I could not see see who it was, the malice and hate emanating from this person left me with little doubt that I was in the presence of the Prince.<br />
<br />
:O)  Something fun for Halloween.<br />
